We will review your request and get back to you with any questions. If we don’t have questions, we will schedule you for our next available appointment and send over a confirmation email with the arrival date and time. If the appointment time we schedule you for does not work, please notify us within 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
What should I expect for my appointment?
-You don’t have to be there for the appointment! Most our customers just leave their machines out in a place we can access them.
-Do you send a reminder notification before you come? When your Service Technician is on the way, you will receive a text and/or email letting you know they’re coming and when they leave. It’s that simple!
-Questions or special requests? You can reply directly to your appointment email.
-How do I pay? We accept cash, card, Venmo, or check. You’ll be sent an invoice via email when your Technician finishes the job. Cash and check are preferred, however if you want to pay online, pay via the link in your email.
